  • Is Diaper Warehouse open to the public?

    No, unfortunately we operate through our office and warehouse. We have teamed up with another company that is open to the public. Contact us for more information.

  • What are your hours?

    Our customer care experts are available Tuesday-Saturday from 11am - 4pm Eastern Daylight Time.

  • Can we return or exchange products?

    Unfortunately, you may not exchange or return your purchase. We do not take back any products, due to sanitary REASONS. Gladwell offers free samples, Try Before You Buy, so you can find the right sizing, style and level of absorbency for your needs. For orders where products were shipped in error by Gladwell we will ship the correct product at no additional charge as soon as we are notified of the error

Privacy & Discreetness

  • Are your packages discreet?

    Yes! All of our packages are delivered in plain, discreet cardboard boxes with no logo.

  • I want to sell your products. How can I find out about wholesale purchase?

    Anyone that would like to purchase in bulk, needs to contact the sales desk for a wholesale application.

  • I received the wrong product

    if you received the wrong product please contact Customer Service at (416)-814-3488 within 72 hours of receiving the product.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Incontinence products such as protective underwear, briefs and pads are tax exempt. Ancillary supplies such as wipes, creams and cleansers are subject to HST

  • I have a question on my charges.

  • Do I need a fitted brief (tab-style) or a pull-up (underwear style)? Which is better?

    Both styles offer dependable solutions for dealing with incontinence. Fitted briefs have tabs on either side, which are typically preferred when there is a caregiver required for assisting the client. If the client is able to put on pants or underwear with minimal assistance, then pull-ups are usually preferred. Also clients can who manage their incontinence unassisted and have independent mobility.   • How do I know which size I need?

    We've provided sizing guidelines on all of our product pages to help narrow down your specific sizing needs. Since no two bodies are alike, these should only be viewed as a guide, for extra help for your specific sizing needs, call us! We're here to help you through the product selection process.

  • What's your largest size adult diaper available?

    We have a variety of products for those with bariatric sized needs. Currently, our largest disposable bariatric brief is a 2XL Sized fitted brief made by Prevail, fitting a waist/hips up to 100 inches.
