Returning & Exchanging Products (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
Unfortunately, you may not exchange or return your purchase. We do not take back any products, due to sanitary reasons.
Gladwell offers free samples, Try Before You Buy, so you can find the right sizing, style and level of absorbency for your needs.

For orders where products were shipped in error by Gladwell, we will ship the correct product at no additional charge as soon as we are notified of the error.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Weekends Included)

Please ensure the address you provide is correct. Gladwell cannot be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number within 1-3 business days
Customs, duties, and taxes
Gladwell is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Gladwell is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
